  • No. 'Luggie UK' was a trading name used by the company Local Mobility, which has now ceased trading as of 2025. MLV Mobility is an independent, officially approved Freerider dealer. We are fully authorised to sell and support the entire Luggie range across the United Kingdom.

  • Absolutely. We are here to support all Luggie owners, no matter where you originally purchased your scooter. Our fully trained technicians can handle any service, repair, or warranty query you might have. You are in safe hands with us.

  • Yes, the entire Luggie range comes with a 10Ah lithium-ion battery that is certified as safe for air travel by IATA. We can provide you with the necessary safety certificates for your airline. It should be noted that the upgraded 16.5Ah battery is not airline compliant.

  • All new Luggie scooters purchased from MLV Mobility come with a comprehensive 1-year manufacturer's warranty. We handle all warranty claims directly, giving you a single point of contact.
