Yes, but it depends on your battery size. The standard 10.5Ah lithium-ion battery is CAA and FAA approved for safe air travel and cruise ships. However, please note that the extended range 16.5Ah battery is not airline compliant due to aviation capacity limits. We always recommend checking your specific airline's guidelines before flying, and we can provide the necessary battery certification documents for your 10.5Ah battery if required.
Absolutely. The Luggie features a unique half-fold and full-fold chassis design, allowing it to slide effortlessly into the boots of most standard hatchbacks, saloon cars, and SUVs without requiring any expensive or permanent hoist installations.
The weight varies by model. For example, the Luggie Standard weighs approximately 23kg (without the battery). However, it is less about the weight and more about the technique. During our nationwide home demonstrations, James will teach you the proper leverage techniques to easily guide the scooter into your vehicle without straining your back.

Yes. Luggie batteries are designed for ultimate convenience. You can easily remove the lightweight lithium-ion battery and charge it indoors using an off-board charging station, meaning you can leave the scooter safely stored in your car boot or garage while the battery charges in your kitchen.
Absolutely. We do not believe in dropping boxes at your door. If you order from us, James will personally deliver the scooter, ensure it is fully set up, make sure the battery is charged, and walk you through the folding mechanism and controls before he leaves.
Yes, we keep a wide range of official Luggie models in stock. You are more than welcome to visit our main mobility showroom at Unit 4 Vulcan Place in Worksop to test drive them on-site, practice lifting them, and speak with our team.
