The faces behind the phone.
We don't have a remote call centre or automated menus. We are a tight-knit team based right here in Worksop. When you call us, you are speaking to the same people who build the scooters, manage the diary, and make the tea. We don't work on commission, so you’ll never get the 'hard sell'—just friendly, honest advice from people who care.
Ant
Ant doesn't just run the show from a desk; he’s usually found in the workshop or on the shop floor. From sales advice to complex repairs, he gets his hands dirty to ensure every customer gets the MLV standard of service.
Casey
If you need an update on your delivery or help with finance paperwork, Casey is the one making it happen. She runs the logistics and ensures the entire operation runs like clockwork.
James
James is the bridge between technical jargon and plain English. He knows the specs of every scooter inside out and uses that knowledge to match you with the machine that fits your lifestyle perfectly—no guesswork involved.
Mat
Mat is the face of our service on the road. Whether he is out performing home demonstrations or attending a service call, he brings the workshop to your doorstep. He ensures that even if you can't get to us, our technical support gets to you.
Radek
Based in our dedicated engineering bay, Radek is the master of the complex fix. He leads our Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process, meticulously checking and testing every new machine to ensure it is 100% perfect before it gets dispatched to a customer.
Lauran
In a national business, details matter. Lauran keeps the admin in check, ensuring your orders are processed correctly, warranties are registered, and the t's are crossed so you don't have to worry about the paperwork.

In a market divided between faceless internet giants and tiny bedroom sellers, we stand for something different. We have the scale to support customers from Land's End to John O'Groats, but we operate with a simple rule: we treat every national customer with the same respect as the neighbours who walk into our showroom. No shareholders, no call centres—just a dedicated team focused on keeping you mobile.
Nationwide Delivery
We serve the entire UK. Whether you are in Cornwall or Cumbria, we get your scooter to you safely. Every machine undergoes a full Pre-Delivery Inspection in our workshop before it leaves us, ensuring it arrives fully tested and ready to ride.
Real Stock, Real Premises
We aren't a 'bedroom seller' or a drop-shipper. We operate from a dedicated showroom and warehouse in Nottinghamshire holding real stock. We only sell models we have physically tested and would be happy to let our own family use.
No Call Centres
Need technical advice? You won't get stuck in a queue or routed to an overseas call centre. You’ll speak directly to James, Casey, or Ant—real experts who know the products inside out and can solve problems quickly.
From our HQ to your doorstep.
We operate from our dedicated showroom and distribution centre in Worksop, Nottinghamshire.
Being centrally located in the UK allows us to serve our local community while efficiently dispatching orders to customers across England and Wales.
Visiting us? We are located on Vulcan Place, just a short walk from the town centre. The kettle is always on, and our accessible facilities are open to everyone.
