No. Our mobility scooter home demonstrations are completely free of charge across Worksop, Nottinghamshire, South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, and Derbyshire, with absolutely zero obligation to make a purchase.
You can request to test drive any of our premium models, including folding travel scooters, pavement scooters, and road-legal scooters from top brands like Freerider, Luggie, Motion Healthcare, Kymco, and Drive. We typically bring two or three different models so you can compare them side-by-side.
That is perfectly fine. We pride ourselves on honest, local service without the high-pressure sales tactics used by national chains. If the equipment doesn't fit your needs, James or the team will simply pack it back into the van with a smile.
Not at all! We encourage you to test the scooter exactly where you intend to use it—whether that means navigating your living room, practicing getting it in and out of your car boot, or taking it for a spin on your local pavements.
If you find the perfect match during your home demo, and we have brand-new boxed stock available at our Vulcan Place showroom, we can often process the sale and arrange a fully assembled delivery within just a few days.
A standard visit usually takes about 45 minutes to an hour. We take our time to properly adjust the equipment to your height and posture, explain all the controls clearly, and allow you plenty of time to test drive the scooter without feeling rushed.
Absolutely. We actively encourage you to have a family member, friend, or carer present. It is always helpful to have a second opinion, and we can also show them how to operate the controls, dismantle the scooter, or charge the batteries.
Yes. If you are looking at a folding travel scooter like a Luggie or a lightweight boot model, James will personally demonstrate the exact folding mechanism. We will help you practice lifting it in and out of your own car to ensure you are completely comfortable with the weight and that it fits perfectly.
You get complete peace of mind with our local aftercare. Because we have our own in-house technical specialist, Radek, we handle all future routine servicing, battery testing, and warranty repairs directly. We simply bring our service van back to your home, so you never have to worry about boxing up your scooter to send it away.
