My mother Chris bought this scooter a few weeks ago. The service was amazing they could not do enough for my parents. They were very patient and organised the scooter and a car lift to be fitted in a short space of time. I would definitely recommend this company to any one looking to purchase a scooter.

I can't recommend Anthony enough. What a lovely helpful guy he is and so glad my mum and I found him. He has gone above and beyond to look after us both. After keeping me going with my old scooter, I decided it was time to get a newer one. Anthony listened to my needs and gave me a choice of scooters to chose from. He drove to my home with them and I test drove the one I really liked. What a beauty. I love my new scooter and it goes like a dream. I'm not struggling anymore. Thank you MLV for a fab service x

Your Questions, Answered.
We know that navigating government benefits can feel overwhelming. We have stripped away the jargon to give you clear, honest answers to the questions we get asked most often in the showroom.
No. You do not need a licence for any mobility scooter, even the 8mph road-legal models. We provide full training on the home assessment and handover.
A: No. In fact, unlike a Motability car (which usually takes the full allowance), a scooter is often much cheaper.
The Higher Rate Mobility Allowance is currently £77.05 per week, but our scooters start from just £18.00 per week. You only pay for the cost of the lease, and the DWP pays the remaining balance directly into your bank account. Your other benefits (like State Pension) remain completely unaffected.Yes! Because most of our Motability scooters require £0 Upfront Payment, you don't strictly need a trade-in to get started.
However, we are happy to offer a valuation for your old privately-owned scooter. Since you likely won't have an upfront cost to pay, we can simply buy the machine from you (transferring the money to your bank) or you can swap it for premium accessories, such as a weather canopy, luxury bag, or crutch holder.
We want you to be completely confident in your choice. Once your lease starts, you have a formal 8-day cooling-off period.
If you decide the scooter isn't right for you within those first 8 days, you can return it to us completely free of charge. After this period, it may still possible to end the agreement early (depending on circumstances), but Motability may apply an administration or cancellation fee.
A: No. We do not require a medical assessment. As long as you receive the correct PIP/DLA allowance, you are eligible.
