Secure First Senior Pre-Search Portal

Finding the right finance package should be simple and stress-free. Before completing a full application, we can run a secure pre-search with First Senior Finance to quickly check your eligibility. This soft check helps us ensure you are matched with the best possible options for your needs.

Important Information About Your Data

In order to process your application, First Senior Finance Ltd will perform credit and identity checks on you with one or more credit reference agencies. To do this, they will supply your personal information to credit reference agencies and they will supply information about you. This will include information from your credit applications and about your financial situation and financial history.

Credit reference agencies will supply First Senior Finance both public (including the electoral register) and shared credit financial situation and financial history information and fraud prevention information. They will use this information to:

  • Assess your credit worthiness and likeliness you can afford to take the product;

  • Verify the accuracy of the data you have provided to us.

When the credit reference agencies receive a search from First Senior Finance, they will place a search footprint on your credit file that may be seen by other lenders.

About You

We need your basic details to accurately verify your identity. Your date of birth ensures First Senior links the application to the correct person, while your email and phone number allow us to keep you updated on the progress of your application. We will never use these details to spam you.

Your current address is a standard requirement for all UK finance applications. It acts as a primary security check to protect you against identity fraud and allows the underwriters to locate your financial profile.

Address History

Because you have lived at your current address for less than three years, First Senior requires your previous address to complete your profile. This continuous three-year history is a standard anti-fraud measure that prevents unnecessary delays in processing your application.

Joint Applicant (Optional)

A joint applicant is typically a spouse, partner, or family member who lives with you and applies for the finance alongside you. Adding a joint applicant means both of your credit histories will be considered, which can sometimes help support your application. Please note that both applicants will share equal legal responsibility for the finance agreement.

Adding a Joint Applicant

Applying with a partner, spouse, or family member can sometimes strengthen an application. If you choose to add a joint applicant, they will share equal responsibility for the finance agreement. We'll just need their basic details and three-year address history to process the joint check.

Joint Applicant Previous Address

Because your Joint Applicant has lived at their current address for less than three years, First Senior requires their previous address to complete their profile. This continuous three-year history is a standard anti-fraud measure that prevents unnecessary delays in processing your application.
