We founded MLV Mobility with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Our Shipping Policy
How We Do It
All of our scooters, powerchairs and powered furniture, include a fully engineered delivery service within a 60 mile radius of Retford, Nottinghamshire. If you are outside this 60 mile radius, please contact admin@mlvmobility.com before purchasing any of these products.
This gives you peace of mind that your products are ready to go and they will be properly adjusted to your needs. The person delivering the scooter will give you tuition on how the machine works and will ensure that you’re suitably confident with its use.
When placing an order, you will be advised on a delivery time. We aim to deliver within 5 working days, but sometimes, with specifically ordered items, this may be extended.
Returns and Refunds
How It Works
No problem! Whilst we hope that you’re satisfied with your product, we understand that you might change your mind. If this is the case, call us on 01777 948008 or email us at admin@mlvmobility.com within 14 days of purchase.

Large Items - We shall issue a full refund, minus a collection fee if the product is in the same condition as it was delivered. The collection fee can be up to £120 dependant on the location. If the product is damaged, then we reserve the right to hold funds to return the product to its original condition.

Small Items - As long as the item is returned with the original packaging, then a full refund will be issued. The customer is responsible for posting the items back to MLV Mobility.
